Booking Schedule and Rates

All prices are per night and holiday home.

The minimum booking time is 7 days in the main season, 5 days in the rest of the time.

Easter, Pentecost and Christmas (from December 21st) apply as pre- or. Postseason. New Year's Eve (from December 27th) is considered as main season. The prices are based on a booking of 5 days each.

Rates include one package of bed linen and towels for every person, who is staying at the cottage. An additional package can be booked for 15 € per person (an additional package of towels only for 5€ per person).

A crib / high chair for children until the age of 3 will be supplied by us free of charge. Please mention the number of children in your request / booking, so we have enough items available.

Bookings consisting of less than 7 over-night stays are charge with a cleaning-fee of 65,00 €. The cleaning-fee will be dropped for reservations for 8 days minimum.

Addional bed linen charges are 20,00 € per Person.

This tax has to be paid at the tourist information point in Baabe.

Pets are - out of consideration for allergic soon-to-be guests - not allowed in our cottages. Due to safety reasons, smoking is not permitted either.

Payment must be made by bank transfer in advance or as cash upon arrival. Payment by card is not possible. You will receive further information about the payment modalities in the context of the written booking confirmation.

The prices do not include the visitor's tax, this must be paid in cash upon arrival. This tax has to be paid at the tourist information point in Baabe.
